General Information

WiFi

Simply connect to ‘The Penn Estate’ through your WiFi settings. This is an open network so no password will be required.

Parking

You have a parking space for one car next to your holiday home.

Any extra vehicles should be parked in the main car park. It costs £5 per night to bring another vehicle onto The Estate. If you prefer to park any extra vehicles off-site, there is available parking on the main road.

Please Note: If you are staying in Lower Cliff 8 & Lower Cliff 9, the parking space provided may not be suitable for all vehicles. There is alternative parking available on the gravel area to the right of the properties.

What to bring

We provide tea, coffee and milk. There is also washing up liquid, a cloth, and a tea-towel. Towels and bed linen are also provided. Please bring any other essentials such as toiletries, including hand wash.

Pets

Pets are welcome in Upper Cliff 3, Upper Cliff 4, Lower Cliff 6, Lower Cliff 11, Lower Cliff 13, Lower Cliff 18, and Reef Lodge at prior arrangement only.

Please ensure dogs are kept on leads whilst on The Estate.

We kindly request that pets be kept off beds and upholstery, and ensure that all traces of hair are removed upon departure.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of the properties or grounds of The Estate.

Noise

We kindly request that guests keep noise to a minimum from 11pm.

Waste & Recycling

General rubbish is collected every Monday and Friday from the black bin outside your property. Please ensure waste and recycling are kept separate. Recycling is to be placed in the clear bin liner provided under your sink.

If you wish to take any recycling to the recycling area yourself, you will find this located on the road as you drive through the main black gates.

Please do not leave any bin bags outside the bins as seagulls will attack.

Bathroom Facilities

Bins are provided for any sanitary items, wet wipes, nappies etc. Please only flush toilet paper.

Seagulls

Due to our location, we often see Seagulls around The Estate. Please do not feed them.

BBQ Hire

BBQ’s can be hired for £50 for your entire stay. If you would like one, please visit the office to arrange.

Please note, we do not permit the use of your own BBQ’s being used on site.

Check Out

Check out time is 10am. Please post your keys through the letterbox in The Estate Office before you depart.
